Strategic Planning
In this pivotal moment, intentional leadership is essential if the Church is going to effectively make disciples and engage new people into the life of the Church. A leader cannot lead effectively if they and those that follow them do not know where they are going.
One key aspect of this is developing a strategic planning framework which can be used as template for parish leaders to effectively plan and implement strategies that product missionary disciples.
